Physical therapy and strength coaching designed to help you feel strong, capable, and resilient.

ABOUT ROBIN

I’m Robin Lowry, PT, DPT, OCS. I help people move beyond pain and fear of injury into sustainable progressive training.

I earned my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of MN in 2015 after getting a B.A. in Psychology from Carleton College. I have expanded my expertise with additional training in pelvic floor physical therapy, fascial stretch therapy, and therapeutic Pilates. I work hard to promote the profession of physical therapy by teaching graduate level seminars in DPT programs and mentoring DPT students in their final year of training.

My training allows me to meet my clients where they are, whether that means calming down pain, restoring movement, or building capacity with strength training.

Robin brings a thoughtful and curious approach to physical therapy that I’ve never encountered before. She understands that rehabbing injuries and getting strong are both mental and physical work. I feel both completely safe and totally challenged with her.

I worked with Robin to address a chronic hamstring/glute pain as I started training for my first marathon in 13 years and it has been one of the most positive healthcare experiences of my life. The differentiator with Robin is that she spent the time listening, learning about my goals, patiently examining and evaluating - and she talks through her recommendations in a way that feels collaborative, empowering, and informed by her extensive knowledge and experience.
